Prof. Kara began her academic career as a Research Assistant at Ege University’s Faculty of Pharmacy, where she worked from 2001 to 2008. Following this, she was appointed as an Assistant Professor in 2008, a role she held until 2011, during which time she continued her research in bioanalytical methods, sensors, and electrochemical techniques. From 2011 to 2018, she served as an Associate Professor at the same institution.
