Dr. Samreen is an Assistant Professor in Processing and Food Engineering at the College of Food Science and Technology, Rudrur, under Professor Jayashankar Telangana Agricultural University, holding a Ph.D. in Processing and Food Engineering. She has over seven years of teaching experience and achieved first-class distinctions in her Ph.D., M.Tech, and B.Tech degrees from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University. Her research focuses on fruit juice processing, membrane and non-thermal processing, edible coatings, biodegradable films, and millet-based products. She has contributed to laboratory development, accreditation activities, course catalogues, and practical manuals at her institution. Dr. Samreen has guided student research projects, including IGNITE programmes, and actively supported academic activities. She has published 24 research articles, along with book chapters and popular articles, in reputed journals.
