Dr. Rabab Hassan Elshaikh is a highly accomplished medical laboratory scientist and academic with over 18 years of progressive experience spanning university teaching, clinical laboratory practice, research, and quality management. She holds a Ph.D. in Medical Laboratory Science (Hematology) and advanced qualifications including a Mini MBA and a professional diploma in laboratory quality and safety. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at A’Sharqiyah University in Oman, she has previously held academic, supervisory, and specialist roles in top institutions across Sudan, UAE, and Oman.
