Mr. Santonu Debnath is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at Tripura University (A Central University), Suryamani Nagar, Agartala, with an expected completion in 2025. He holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics from Tripura University (2016) and a B.Sc. from Maharaja Bir Bikram College, Agartala (2014). Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education, Kunjaban, Agartala (2019). His foundational schooling was completed under the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), obtaining his 12th-grade qualification in 2011 and 10th-grade in 2009.

Professional Experience

Mr. Debnath has accumulated extensive teaching experience at various institutions. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Head of Department (I/C) at Dhamma Dipa International Buddhist University, South Tripura (October 2024 – present). Prior to this, he was a Guest Lecturer at Techno India University, Tripura (2024) and ICFAI University, Tripura (2020). Additionally, he contributed as a Guest Lecturer at Women’s Polytechnic College, Tripura, during two different periods (2019-2020 and 2016-2017). His expertise in mathematical research and pedagogy has significantly impacted his students and colleagues.
