Prior to this, he was selected as an Aspire Leadership Program Scholar at Harvard Business School and Aspire Institute from October 2023 to April 2024. This fully funded leadership program enabled him to enhance his skills in diversity, inclusion, leadership, and critical thinking. In 2022, Anik served as a Junior Research Fellow at the Bangladesh Space Research and Remote Sensing Organization (SPARRSO) under the Ministry of Defense, conducting research on a solar-based intelligent MAR’s Curiosity Rover Robot. Additionally, he gained practical experience in industrial manufacturing and research as an Industrial Trainee at Sena Edible Oil Industry (SEOI) and the Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR) in March 2021.
