Mr. Ayuba John has a robust professional background in computer engineering and academia, spanning several years of dedicated service and diverse roles. At the Federal University Dutse, he advanced from Graduate Assistant to Lecturer I, taking on key responsibilities such as serving as the Exam Officer for the Cyber Security Department and coordinating final year projects in the Computer Science Department. His role involved lecturing, administrative tasks, event planning, and conducting research. Prior to his academic career, Mr. John worked as a System Operator at the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), National Control Center in Oshogbo, where he monitored power flow on the national grid, corrected load imbalances, and maintained system stability. Additionally, he contributed to the Nasarawa State Polytechnic, Lafia during his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) tenure by assisting with seminars, tutoring students, and providing community IT services. He also gained valuable experience as a part-time Instructor with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Lafia, where he tutored trainees in operation research and system analysis, and provided IT support and maintenance.
