Professional Experience:
Mr. Masresha Belete Asnakew has held the position of University Assistant Instructor at Debremarkos University since January 2023. In this role, he provides lectures, monitors and evaluates student performance, conducts research under the Institute of Land Administration thematic areas, engages in professional community services, participates in team projects, and presents at seminars.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Masresha served as a University Assistant Instructor at Woldia University from October 2014 to January 2023. His responsibilities there included lecturing, student evaluation, conducting research under the School of Land Administration thematic areas, community service, collaborative project work, and participation in seminars.
Research Interest:
Mr. Masresha’s research interests lie in the fields of Land Administration, Urban Land and Property Valuation, Real Property Valuation, Heritage Valuation, Real Estate Economics and Finance, International Real Estate, and Advanced Quantitative Research Methods. His work aims to advance knowledge in these areas, contributing to the academic community and practical applications in land and property management.
