Dr. Arjita Jain is a distinguished academician and researcher with over twenty-five years of combined academic and industry experience, including more than two decades in management education. She currently serves as Professor and Head of the MMS Program at NCRD’s Sterling Institute of Management Studies, Navi Mumbai. A Ph.D. in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai, she has made significant contributions in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Employee Well-being. Her leadership has been instrumental in the institute achieving an A+ grade in its first NAAC accreditation cycle. Dr. Jain is an approved professor of the University of Mumbai and a recognized Ph.D. guide for multiple universities across India, with four scholars already awarded their doctorates under her supervision. She has authored a book titled “Employees Rewards Management” published by Himalaya Publishing Pvt. Ltd., and has published more than 80 research papers in reputed national and international journals, including Scopus and ABDC-indexed publications.
