Ms. Reem Salim Al-Lami holds a B.Sc. in Biology Science from the University of Baghdad, Iraq (2016-2017) and an M.Sc. in Zoology (2020-2021) from the same institution. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Human Physiology at the University of Baghdad. Additionally, she has earned another B.Sc. in Chemistry of Science (2012-2013) from the University of Anbar, Iraq, and an M.Sc. in Biochemistry (2016-2017). She recently completed a Ph.D. in Clinical Biochemistry (2024) from Cankiri Karatekin University, Turkey.
Ms. Al-Lami is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Endnote, Mendeley, Turnitin, and Quillbot, as well as statistical and scientific software such as SPSS, GraphPad Prism 10, Molecular Docking, DFT, and MarvinSketch. She is fluent in Arabic (native) and has an advanced command of English.

Ms. Al-Lami is an academic lecturer and researcher, currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Biology, College of Science for Women, University of Baghdad, where she mentors and oversees undergraduate students. Additionally, she has experience as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Ophthalmology at Al-Hikma University College.
Her academic career is marked by her active involvement in teaching, research, and scientific publication. She has published four research articles—two in the field of Parasitology in international journals and two in Human Physiology in Scopus-indexed journals.
