Dr. Arjita Jain is a distinguished academician and researcher with over twenty-five years of combined academic and industry experience, including more than two decades in management education. She currently serves as Professor and Head of the MMS Program at NCRD’s Sterling Institute of Management Studies, Navi Mumbai. A Ph.D. in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai, she has made significant contributions in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Employee Well-being. Her leadership has been instrumental in the institute achieving an A+ grade in its first NAAC accreditation cycle. Dr. Jain is an approved professor of the University of Mumbai and a recognized Ph.D. guide for multiple universities across India, with four scholars already awarded their doctorates under her supervision. She has authored a book titled “Employees Rewards Management” published by Himalaya Publishing Pvt. Ltd., and has published more than 80 research papers in reputed national and international journals, including Scopus and ABDC-indexed publications. Her research focuses on areas such as employee engagement, work-life balance, attrition, and the teaching-learning process. A recipient of research grants from the University of Mumbai and ICSSR, she has also served as an editor for NCRD’s Business Review and Technical Review, and as a reviewer for several reputed journals. Beyond research, she has organized and convened numerous national and international conferences, played key roles in IQAC and NAAC committees, and mentored hundreds of postgraduate students. Dr. Tomisin James Aruleba is an emerging scholar and educator in entrepreneurship and innovation, whose professional journey reflects deep commitment to knowledge creation, community development, and youth empowerment. Beginning his teaching career in 2013, he has demonstrated sustained excellence as a lecturer in Entrepreneurial Studies at Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, Ikere-Ekiti (BOUESTI). He earned a B.Sc (Ed) in Accounting Education from Ekiti State University in 2014, an MSc in Entrepreneurship Education from the University of Ibadan in 2019, and is presently pursuing a PhD in Entrepreneurship (Social Entrepreneurship) at the same institution. A registered teacher with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria and a certified Project Management Professional, Aruleba’s research focuses on entrepreneurship education, social and technological entrepreneurship, SMEs development, employability, and innovation ecosystems. His research outputs have appeared in reputable international journals, including the International Journal of Management Education, World Review of Entrepreneurship, Management and Sustainable Development, and SEDME Journal. He has secured several prestigious grants and recognitions such as the TETFund IBR research grant (2021), the Ashesi Education Collaborative Post-Convening Grant (2022), and the DAAD-funded ACCESS Research Grant (2021). As a research associate with the Centre for Economic Policy and Research Development (CEPDeR), Covenant University, and faculty advisor for Enactus Nigeria at BOUESTI, he continues to mentor future entrepreneurs and contribute to sustainable development through impactful research and training. His academic and professional achievements, extensive publications, and active role in advancing entrepreneurial education and community development make him an outstanding candidate for the Best Researcher Award.
