Dr. Nayel Musa Shaker AlOmran is an Associate Professor of Public Law and Head of the Department of Arabic, Islamic, and Legal Studies at Zayed University, Abu Dhabi. He earned his PhD in Comparative Public Law from the International Islamic University Malaysia, with degree equivalency recognized in both the UAE and Jordan. His academic specialization includes constitutional law, administrative law, international public law, human rights, comparative law, and artificial intelligence in legal systems. He has extensive teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels across universities in the UAE and Malaysia. Dr. AlOmran is a prolific scholar with numerous peer-reviewed publications in Scopus-indexed Q1–Q3 journals. His research focuses on constitutional safeguards, administrative justice, digital governance, and freedom of expression. He also contributes through thesis supervision, academic accreditation, editorial board service, and international conference participation.
