Dr. Nayel Musa Shaker AlOmran is an Associate Professor of Public Law and Head of the Department of Arabic, Islamic, and Legal Studies at Zayed University, Abu Dhabi. He earned his PhD in Comparative Public Law from the International Islamic University Malaysia, with degree equivalency recognized in both the UAE and Jordan. His academic specialization includes constitutional law, administrative law, international public law, human rights, comparative law, and artificial intelligence in legal systems. He has extensive teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels across universities in the UAE and Malaysia. Her professional journey includes roles as a University Lecturer at the University of Latvia, Communication Coordinator at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, content writer and translator for international organizations, and English language teacher at Deutsche Institute. Her research interests focus on media studies, communication, cultural anthropology, gender representation, and digital activism, reflecting a strong interdisciplinary orientation. She possesses strong research and analytical skills, intercultural communication expertise, academic writing abilities, and experience in conference organization and peer review.
