Dr. Tomisin James Aruleba is an emerging scholar and educator in entrepreneurship and innovation, whose professional journey reflects deep commitment to knowledge creation, community development, and youth empowerment. Beginning his teaching career in 2013, he has demonstrated sustained excellence as a lecturer in Entrepreneurial Studies at Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, Ikere-Ekiti (BOUESTI). He earned a B.Sc (Ed) in Accounting Education from Ekiti State University in 2014, an MSc in Entrepreneurship Education from the University of Ibadan in 2019, and is presently pursuing a PhD in Entrepreneurship (Social Entrepreneurship) at the same institution. A registered teacher with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria and a certified Project Management Professional, Aruleba’s research focuses on entrepreneurship education, social and technological entrepreneurship, SMEs development, employability, and innovation ecosystems. His research outputs have appeared in reputable international journals, including the International Journal of Management Education, World Review of Entrepreneurship, Management and Sustainable Development, and SEDME Journal. He has secured several prestigious grants and recognitions such as the TETFund IBR research grant (2021), the Ashesi Education Collaborative Post-Convening Grant (2022), and the DAAD-funded ACCESS Research Grant (2021).
